What Do You See? Not Just A Fruit Tart

Think about this...How many ways do you see water having been used in this picture?

Here we go...

  1. Water was used to grow the cotton for the the table cloth runner.
  2. The napkin needed to be washed with water in the washing machine.
  3. The flowers needed water to grow
  4. Water was needed to clean off the table.
  5. Water was needed to grow the flour for the tart.
  6. Water was used to grow the grass, the cows ate to produce the milk that gave us the butter to use in the tart!
  7. The sugar in the tart needed water to grow the sugar cane.
  8. The fruit in the tart needed water to grow.

Stop and think about all the ways water is used in our lives. How many more ways do you see water used in this picture? What other ways do you see water used?

Can you add to this list?
