Water conservation is hard for many in the winter. Why?

Because, the rainy weather makes many think there is no need to conserve..., but, not true. Human nature for some is to say, “water is falling from the sky, what does it matter if I waste a little?”

It matters, Mother Earth only has about one and a half useable fresh water on the planet.
